“Very, very disappointed. Stay away. Strung me along for a couple of months. Received bids from 3 well respected builders but Tim wouldn't bid because he said the plans weren't complete. Didn't stop anyone else but Tim. After I gave him a new set of plans, he still wouldn't bid because I had bid the project out to other builders. He knew all of this upfront, at the first meeting. If you don't stand behind your work to compete in a competitive situation, there is something seriously wrong. I'd suggest you stay away.”
