Patterson Homes is a family-led Arizona builder working across Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Arcadia, combining custom architecture with in-house interior design. Founded by Ryan Patterson and led with Rebecca Patterson, the firm builds ground-up estates alongside full-scale luxury renovations. Recent Paradise Valley work includes three estates broken ground at Silver Sky, at the base of Mummy Mountain, and the completed 9,470-square-foot Wilkinson Estate in Cameldale.
